FAQ

When do I need to RSVP by?

All RSVPs are required by July 1st.

How do I RSVP?

All RSVPs will be done online by clicking the RSVP header on the website followed by entering your name to bring up your reservation.

Am I allowed to bring a plus-one?

If a plus-one is included in your in invitation, you will be prompted to include their name when going through the RSVP process.

Are children allowed at the Ceremony?

Yes! Children are welcome at both the ceremony and reception. We understand that children can be unpredictable in their actions and moods however, we kindly ask that out of respect for the bride, groom, and guests that any child who is "not having a great time" be taken to the vestibule during the ceremony.

What are the addresses of the Wedding Ceremony and Reception Venues?

The Wedding Ceremony will take place at Saint Paul Cathedral (108 N Dithridge St, Pittsburgh, PA 15213) followed by our Reception at the Renaissance Pittsburgh Hotel (107 6th St, Pittsburgh, PA 15222). Please note that all guests will be shuttled from the hotel lobby to the ceremony venue to begin the day's activities.

Is there a dress code?

Our dress code is Formal attire. We also kindly ask that guests do not wear white, off-white, champagne, or any variation of green to the ceremony or reception. We appreciate your cooperation on this.

Flying in from out of town?

We recommend using a ride share service to get from the airport to your hotel and again to the Renaissance Pittsburgh Hotel (if staying elsewhere) by 3pm where we will have shuttles to take you to and from the ceremony and reception venues. You will have to arrange your own transportation at the end of the night back to your hotel from the reception if you are staying somewhere else.

What's the best airport to use?

We recommend flying into the Pittsburgh International Airport (PIT) for the weekend.

Transportation and Parking?

We ask that guests with their own or rental vehicles park in the garage across the street from the Renaissance Pittsburgh Hotel. We will have prepaid vouchers that you may pick up when leaving the reception. The hotel also has a valet service you are welcome to use at your own expense. You will be shuttled from the hotel to the wedding ceremony and back for the reception.

Food options and allergies

There will be an assortment of hot and cold hors d'oeuvres served during cocktail hour. Our plated dinner options include a beef, chicken, or vegetarian dish as well as a children's meal. There is an option to include any food allergies while making your selection in the RSVP.

Will there be an open bar?

Yes, the open bar will be available during the reception except for the dinner hour. We recommend getting a drink just before the dinner banquet begins if you would like a cocktail with your meal. There will also be a champagne toast for everyone as part of the dinner banquet.

Registry and Gifts

You can find our registry here on our website under the "Registry" tab. Please refrain from bringing gifts to the Ceremony as we would prefer anything other than cards be shipped directly to us.
